FUT8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUT8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,311 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUT8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKT1, CDC42BPB, and CEP170B. Each is linked with FUT8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUT8-to-partner and partner-to-FUT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FUT8 versus AKT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
