FUT8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUT8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,838 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUMO2P7, AKT1, and TTTY12. Each is linked with FUT8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUT8-to-partner and partner-to-FUT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SUMO2P7 grouped by FUT8-low versus FUT8-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
