FUT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUT7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 440 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are H4C7, RNU6-1140P, and EIF3JP1. Each is linked with FUT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUT7-to-partner and partner-to-FUT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H4C7 grouped by FUT7-low versus FUT7-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
