FUT5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUT5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 173 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA4, SGK2, and HNF4A. Each is linked with FUT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUT5-to-partner and partner-to-FUT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FUT5 versus SERPINA4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
