FUT10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUT10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,183 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUT10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM97P2, MIR7702, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with FUT10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUT10-to-partner and partner-to-FUT10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM97P2 grouped by FUT10-low versus FUT10-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUT10→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUT10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
