FUT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, VHL, and Lck. Each is linked with FUT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUT1-to-partner and partner-to-FUT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by FUT1-low versus FUT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
