Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FUCA2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FUCA2 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher FUCA2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FUCA2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, CCRCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where FUCA2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
