FUCA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUCA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,223 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUCA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP18, HBS1L, and SYNJ2. Each is linked with FUCA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUCA2-to-partner and partner-to-FUCA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FUCA2 versus ARHGAP18 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUCA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUCA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
