Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUCA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,838 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUCA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGR2, XBP1, and ARFGEF3. Each is linked with FUCA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUCA2-to-partner and partner-to-FUCA2 results are reported.
