FUCA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUCA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,357 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUCA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR633, RNA5SP478, and RNU6-1333P. Each is linked with FUCA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUCA2-to-partner and partner-to-FUCA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR633 grouped by FUCA2-low versus FUCA2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUCA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUCA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
