Across TCGA cell cohorts, FUCA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,731 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FUCA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Carbohydrate derivative catabolic process, Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, and Aminoglycan catabolic process. Each is linked with FUCA2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUCA2-to-partner and partner-to-FUCA2 results are reported.
