FUCA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FUCA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUCA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKAP4, MT1H, and C2CD4B. Each is linked with FUCA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUCA2-to-partner and partner-to-FUCA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AKAP4 grouped by FUCA2-low versus FUCA2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUCA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUCA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
