FTSJ3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTSJ3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,430 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FTSJ3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SFXN1, NUDCD2, and TYMSOS. Each is linked with FTSJ3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTSJ3-to-partner and partner-to-FTSJ3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SFXN1 grouped by FTSJ3-low versus FTSJ3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTSJ3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTSJ3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
