FTMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FTMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 184 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FTMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDZRN3, RXRG, and GOLGB1. Each is linked with FTMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTMT-to-partner and partner-to-FTMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDZRN3 grouped by FTMT-low versus FTMT-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
