FTMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FTMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FTMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL40, OR2B3, and OR10C1. Each is linked with FTMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTMT-to-partner and partner-to-FTMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLHL40 grouped by FTMT-low versus FTMT-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
