FTLP10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTLP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,326 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FTLP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMPRSS11BNL, TMPRSS11A, and TMPRSS11GP. Each is linked with FTLP10 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTLP10-to-partner and partner-to-FTLP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FTLP10 versus TMPRSS11BNL in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.96.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTLP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTLP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
