FTLP10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTLP10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FTLP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PMS2P6, RN7SL134P, and MIR4698. Each is linked with FTLP10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTLP10-to-partner and partner-to-FTLP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PMS2P6 grouped by FTLP10-low versus FTLP10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTLP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTLP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
