FTH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FTH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNM1P50, MIR6803, and PRAMEF13. Each is linked with FTH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTH1-to-partner and partner-to-FTH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNM1P50 grouped by FTH1-low versus FTH1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
