FSTL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSTL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,101 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSTL5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R14A, SRA1, and GNL1. Each is linked with FSTL5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSTL5-to-partner and partner-to-FSTL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FSTL5 versus PPP1R14A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSTL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSTL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
