FSTL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSTL5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSTL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, 14-3-3_beta, and eIF4E. Each is linked with FSTL5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSTL5-to-partner and partner-to-FSTL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by FSTL5-low versus FSTL5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSTL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSTL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
