FSTL4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSTL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,282 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSTL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LANCL1, GFM2, and WDR72. Each is linked with FSTL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSTL4-to-partner and partner-to-FSTL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FSTL4 versus LANCL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSTL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSTL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
