FSTL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSTL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,778 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSTL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1C, ACTN1, and EHD2. Each is linked with FSTL3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSTL3-to-partner and partner-to-FSTL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FSTL3 versus MYO1C in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSTL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSTL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
