Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSTL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,245 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FSTL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR2P1, SERPINE1, and MRC2. Each is linked with FSTL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSTL3-to-partner and partner-to-FSTL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FSTL3 versus CXCR2P1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSTL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSTL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
