FSTL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSTL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 343 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSTL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP113, RNU7-90P, and LSM6P2. Each is linked with FSTL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSTL3-to-partner and partner-to-FSTL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP113 grouped by FSTL3-low versus FSTL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSTL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSTL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
