FST

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FST RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,800 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FST-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL12A1, COL5A1, and LMCD1_S16. Each is linked with FST in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FST-to-partner and partner-to-FST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FST versus COL12A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FST→partner) and Y-score (partner→FST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
