FST

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FST protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,918 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FST-associated genes across cancer lineages are INHBA, CALHM5, and FRMD6. Each is linked with FST in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FST-to-partner and partner-to-FST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FST versus INHBA in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FST→partner) and Y-score (partner→FST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
