FSIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,336 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BBS2, BBS4, and WDR19. Each is linked with FSIP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSIP1-to-partner and partner-to-FSIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FSIP1 versus BBS2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
