FSIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,537 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, RNU6-1214P, and RPL9P13. Each is linked with FSIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSIP1-to-partner and partner-to-FSIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-17P grouped by FSIP1-low versus FSIP1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
