FSHR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FSHR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSHR-associated genes across cancer lineages are LY6G6F, ASB10, and MYL10. Each is linked with FSHR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSHR-to-partner and partner-to-FSHR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LY6G6F grouped by FSHR-low versus FSHR-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSHR→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSHR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
