Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,454 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FSD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-342P, CSH2, and RNU2-51P. Each is linked with FSD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSD2-to-partner and partner-to-FSD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
