FSD1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSD1L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSD1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eIF4G, and ACC_pS79. Each is linked with FSD1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSD1L-to-partner and partner-to-FSD1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by FSD1L-low versus FSD1L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSD1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSD1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
