FSBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,033 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKDC, NUMA1_T2055, and ATAD2_S342. Each is linked with FSBP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSBP-to-partner and partner-to-FSBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FSBP versus PRKDC in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
