FSBP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,066 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCKAP1L, WDFY4, and BPHL. Each is linked with FSBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSBP-to-partner and partner-to-FSBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FSBP versus NCKAP1L in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.68.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
