FSBP

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1149P, OR6C70, and RNU105C. Each is linked with FSBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSBP-to-partner and partner-to-FSBP results are reported.
