FSBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSBP mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tem, Mast cells, and Macrophages M2. Each is linked with FSBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSBP-to-partner and partner-to-FSBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ Tem grouped by FSBP-low versus FSBP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
