FRZB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FRZB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 359 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRZB-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNPNAT1, ZFYVE21, and PPP4R3A. Each is linked with FRZB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRZB-to-partner and partner-to-FRZB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNPNAT1 grouped by FRZB-low versus FRZB-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRZB→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRZB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
