FRMPD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRMPD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,797 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRMPD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC13, RCC1, and PI4KAP2. Each is linked with FRMPD4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRMPD4-to-partner and partner-to-FRMPD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEC13 grouped by FRMPD4-low versus FRMPD4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRMPD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRMPD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
