FRMPD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FRMPD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRMPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF122, FOLR2, and MEIKIN. Each is linked with FRMPD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRMPD2-to-partner and partner-to-FRMPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF122 grouped by FRMPD2-low versus FRMPD2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRMPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRMPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
