FRMPD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FRMPD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,520 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRMPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CECR2, SCN3B, and RIMS3. Each is linked with FRMPD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRMPD1-to-partner and partner-to-FRMPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FRMPD1 versus CECR2 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRMPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRMPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
