FRMD8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRMD8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,192 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRMD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P35, OR8B6P, and RNA5SP164. Each is linked with FRMD8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRMD8-to-partner and partner-to-FRMD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P35 grouped by FRMD8-low versus FRMD8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRMD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRMD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
