Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FRMD4B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FRMD4B data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher FRMD4B Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FRMD4B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, ACC, and SARC are the cancer types where FRMD4B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
