Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRMD4B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRMD4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, c-Met_pY1235, and Raptor. Each is linked with FRMD4B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRMD4B-to-partner and partner-to-FRMD4B results are reported.
