FRMD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRMD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,842 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRMD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTHFD2P3, TRAJ11, and SNRPEP8. Each is linked with FRMD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRMD1-to-partner and partner-to-FRMD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTHFD2P3 grouped by FRMD1-low versus FRMD1-high in SARC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRMD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRMD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
