FRMD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FRMD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRMD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM205C, KRTAP17-1, and KRT33A. Each is linked with FRMD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRMD1-to-partner and partner-to-FRMD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM205C grouped by FRMD1-low versus FRMD1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRMD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRMD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
