Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FRG2MP RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FRG2MP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher FRG2MP RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FRG2MP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and UCS show a favorable association.

KICH, STAD, and COAD are the cancer types where FRG2MP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
