FRG2C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRG2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,745 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRG2C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein acylation, Regulation of RNA export from nucleus, and Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process. Each is linked with FRG2C in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRG2C-to-partner and partner-to-FRG2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein acylation grouped by FRG2C-low versus FRG2C-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRG2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRG2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
