FRG2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRG2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 251 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRG2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAP1L4P2, MIR132, and RNU1-138P. Each is linked with FRG2C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRG2C-to-partner and partner-to-FRG2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NAP1L4P2 grouped by FRG2C-low versus FRG2C-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRG2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRG2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
