FRG2C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FRG2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,528 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRG2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are FRG2B, PRAMEF8, and RFPL4A. Each is linked with FRG2C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRG2C-to-partner and partner-to-FRG2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FRG2C versus FRG2B in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.98.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRG2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRG2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
