FRG1HP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRG1HP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FRG1HP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR412, USP9YP2, and H2AB3. Each is linked with FRG1HP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRG1HP-to-partner and partner-to-FRG1HP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR412 grouped by FRG1HP-low versus FRG1HP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRG1HP→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRG1HP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
