Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FRG1BP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FRG1BP data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher FRG1BP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FRG1BP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, BRCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where FRG1BP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
